The market leader for aggregates in premium market segment aims to introduce aggregates which extend the lifetime of an aggregate, increases operator ease or improves the performance compared to conventional products.

While high speed cutting has been offered for many years for vertical operations, it was not possible for horizontal operations.

ATEMAG has developed a highly performing aggregate allowing a speed of 36,000 RPM even for horizontal routing operations. There are numerous advantages for the user. Above all, time savings, but there are also critical surfaces which can be machined in an optimum way. Additional grinding jobs, for example, can be eliminated.

The aggregate is available with two tool connections. One of them can be supplied with a standard gear increase or gear reduction to transfer a high torque for a large diameter saw blade, as per customer’s request. The other exit has been designed for speed increase for high speed cutting with up to 36,000 RPM and has a collet connection.

It is important to know that the aggregate does not require a specific maintenance. The bevel gear pair can be greased with the proved Rota-Lube system, and the high speed gear box is maintenance-free.
