The market leader for aggregates in premium market segment aims to introduce aggregates which extend the lifetime of an aggregate, increases operator ease or improves the performance compared to conventional products.
Consequently, ATEMAG improved the already highly performing lock recess aggregate EXTRA by integrating a high speed mechanics. With a special pendulum tool, the aggregate EXTRA plus routs lock openings within minimum time, using oscillating movements. The machining quality is free of material tear-outs and with sharp edges. The time saving compared to conventional aggregates is approximately 75 %.
It is important to know that the aggregate does not require a specific maintenance. The bevel gear pair can be greased using the semi-automatic Rota-Lube system.
The aggregate is available exclusively at ATEMAG for all existing machine connections.
